| By requesting membership in either or both of the Spa City Connections' Web Club or Yahoo Group, you certify that you have read and agreed to comply with the Membership Agreement. |

| Membership Agreement: |
 | Each member affirms that he/she is over the age of legal consent of 21 years old and | |
| shall hold no others accountable for his/her behavior. |
| As a guest, each member abides by the rules established by the hosts of Spa City | |
| Connections. Other rules or guidelines may be imposed at any time, and members are responsible for keeping current on Club guidelines. |
| Spa City Connections, State, and Federal law govern private activities within the | |
| confines of the designated party area. Any act considered unlawful or offensive to the membership will not be permitted. |
| Members must be respectful of Hotel rules, staff, and other guests at all times. |
| Any member who mentions sex for money will be asked to leave the party and will | |
| forfeit his/her membership in Spa City Connections. |
| The use of illegal substances will not be tolerated. Anyone found to be using illegal | |
| substances on the premises will be reported to the proper authorities and will forfeit his/her membership in Spa City Connections. |
| Members shall not hold the hosts or other members liable for any damages, injury, or | |
| loss incurred in conjunction with attendance of any event associated with Spa City Connections. |
| NO cameras or image-capturing devices OF ANY KIND are allowed inside the party | |
| room. |
| Spa City Connections has the right to deny entry or eject any member at any time for | |
| any reason. Reasons to deny entry or eject a member include but are not limited to: |
| Members agree to respect the rights and privacy of other members in attendance, to the | |
| extent that no information learned or acquired during the party may be disclosed to any other person who was not in attendance or to any person who is not a member of Spa City Connections. Members violating this Discretionary Clause will be removed from membership. |
| NO always means NO. |
| Members of Spa City Connections share the belief that the lifestyle is not meant for | |
| persons wishing to cheat in relationships. Cheaters will be removed from membership when discovered. |
| As adults in the lifestyle, members are responsible for his/her own health, safety, and | |
| behavior. |
| Members of Spa City Connections who are police officers, government investigators, | |
| law enforcement agents of any kind, members of the press, or members of the media (including television) must affirm that they are present at any Spa City Connections event only in their private, individual capacities and are NOT acting within the scope of their employment. |
